How long does shipping take? 

Standard Shipping tends to take 15-45 business days for all orders worldwide. Express Shipping tends to take 7-15 business days and it is available only for orders from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Orders with Free Shipping tends to take 15-45 business days for international orders and 7-15 business days for orders from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order here. You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

If by any chance you didn't receive our shipping confirmation email it can only mean it was sent to your spam folder or you misstyped your email address during checkout, please contact our customer care team for a tracking number if you wish to track your order.

What if my order gets lost? 

Please email us immediately if you have not received your item within the estimated shipping time. If our system shows that your order was either lost or never delivered to the shipping address provided, we will go ahead and process another order at no cost to you. Please understand that lost packages by the shipping carrier is beyond our control and can typically happen therefore we can only make it right by sending you a new order. 

Why is my package missing one item?

Due to the fact that we have a few warehouses that take care of all the shipping process for us, we don't have all our products in one place therefore when you order different items in a single order there is a high chance that some of the items in your order may be shipped separately.

We ship from Hong Kong! We know some people worry about ordering from international sellers but your business is important to us and we make every effort to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible!
